How do we know if the deficit is a good amount for a country dealing with a pandemic? Are there any proper comparisons available? Is it something we’ll only ever know in hindsight? Or just something that’ll be discussed and argued for a long time?

Prime Minister Trudeau said he was in the cabinet meeting when WE got final approval, so why didn’t he recuse himself? Was it really because of his interest in youth services? Or did he want to make sure it got final approval? Did he know it was the one chosen? Should he have known? If it was still the best choice, should they still have the contract?
